Online Coaching

Structured coaching that integrates breathwork, movement, and awareness into your training.
For people who want guidance, accountability, and a system that actually works

The Strength Practice is an online and in person coaching system built around breathwork, movement, and self-awareness. I work with clients to:

  • Improve performance and endurance

  • Regulate the nervous system under stress

  • Build a healthier relationship with training

  • Develop real control over breath, body, and mind

A lot of breathing methods are wrapped in mysticism.

That’s not a bad thing.

But for most people, it makes breathwork feel confusing, vague, or hard to apply.

This coaching takes those practices and makes them practical.

You’ll learn how to use your breath for training, stress, endurance, recovery, and self-awareness in a way that actually fits your life.

Breathwork is simplified, practical, and applied directly to your training and daily life.

I started in the gym.

Then I had to leave it.

I came up through bodybuilding, and traditional fitness culture.

But time spent farming, freediving, moving through wild landscapes, and studying breath mechanics changed how I saw the body.

I started to see the missing link.

The gym gave me structure.
Nature gave me context.
Breathing gave me access to the nervous system.

My work is about bridging the gap between ancient practices and practical application

taking breathwork, movement, and internal training out of theory and making them usable in real life.

The method

Most people think Breath-work is complicated.

Too mystical.

Too abstract.

Too hard to apply.

My work is to make it practical.

Breath is the foundation because it affects everything: stress, recovery, endurance, focus, emotional control, and how you respond under pressure.

Some clients come to improve performance.

Some come to regulate their nervous system.

Some come because they know breathwork is useful, but they need someone to turn it into a clear practice.

That is the core of the work.

We use breathing mechanics, CO₂ tolerance, cadence work, breath holds, downregulation, HRV-based practices, and simple daily protocols to build control from the inside out.

Movement still matters.

But movement supports the breathwork.

In-person workshops bring this into the body through natural movement, outdoor practice, mobility, exploration, and nature immersion.

The goal is simple:

Learn how to regulate yourself.

Learn how to perform without constantly redlining.

Learn how to use breath, movement, and environment as tools for a more capable life.

This is for people ready to practice

Not just train harder.
Not chase another routine.
Not collect more information.
